Mile High Card Company Achieves Record-Shattering Results with their December Premium Catalog Auction

Centennial, CO - Mile High Card Company has successfully wrapped up an event-filled 2014 with its Premium catalog auction on December 3, 2014, which delivered tremendous results and included many record prices realized. As has become customary for MHCC over the past few years, the auction offered a smaller lot size with select higher-level items. Said President and CEO Brian Drent, "We’re always excited to end the year with a special event that features some of the best material in the hobby. Our consignors and bidders expect and demand nothing less, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!”

The auction consisted of just over 500 lots, resulting in excess of $1,000,000 in total sales. The grand prize of the event was a 1967 Topps #569 Rod Carew rookie card that, as the only specimen graded PSA 10, represents one of the single most important pasteboards of the 1960s.
