The most celebrated principal on one of the greatest teams in the history of the game, "The Big Red Machine" teams of the mid 1970's was without question Peter Edward Rose. Offered here is S-2 model Louisville Slugger that was brandished by baseball's All-Time hits leader from the labeling period of 1965-68. This 36", 34 1/2 ounce war club exhibits great game use with hit marks stretched along both sides (switch hitter) of this Kentucky turned piece of ash. Rose's number 14 appears on the end knob in vintage marker. A stunning baseball artifact of the All-Time Hit King from early in his great career. LOA John Taube PSA/DNA
