The vast majority of vintage baseball card collectors would agree that the 1952 Topps baseball card set is the most important of the post-war era. The presented offering is a low-number run featuring 248 of the 310 cards. Two cards are graded (#37 Snider black back PSA 1.5 and 191 Berra PSA 2), and most of the first series are black backs (76 of the other 79 first series cards are present, no #1 Pafko, 26 Irvin, and 47). The collection is 30% VG/EX or better, 40% VG and 30% lower with #2 Runnels GOOD, 11 Rizzuto POOR, 33 Spahn GOOD+, 36 Hodges VG, 59 Roberts VG, 88 Feller GOOD, 91 Schoendienst VG, 195 Minoso VG, 216 Ashburn VG/EX (OC), 243 Doby VG (OC), 268 Lemon VG/EX, and 277 Wynn EX. Key missing cards are #175 Martin and 261 Mays.
