Every vintage collector wants a 1933 Goudey Babe Ruth card in their inventory, but the word on the street is that they can get pretty pricey. Just the phrase "Goudey Ruth"
conjures up thoughts of grandeur as each hobbyist envisions which of the quartet from the series is their favorite. Many gravitate toward the "yellow Ruth" that you see here, and this PSA 2 example stays within the range of many collectors without yielding too much in the aspect of eye appeal. The corners and edges are clearly a key determining factor in the PSA's modest assessment, but the centering is very good for the grade, the colors are plenty vivid and the reverse displays no significantly detracting impediments. Most importantly, the focus and detail of Ruth's image is no less appealing than examples graded moderately higher. You wanted a Babe Ruth card that offers value, here it is!
