With a career batting average of .306, pretty darn impressive for any player, let alone a catcher, Minnesota Twins fan favorite Joe Mauer has an excellent shot of getting into the Hall of Fame some day. As such, a wise investment might be a sharp, high-grade example of his rookie card, such as the offered 2012 Bowman Chrome refractor which also happens to bear his autograph on the front. Graded MINT by PSA, a slightly more accurate centering placement would probably have resulted in a GEM MINT 10 designation.
