A rather eccentric character known almost as much for his on- and off-field antics as for his pitching ability, Hall of Famer Rube Marquard was given his nickname not due to a rural upbringing but rather for his pitching style's resemblance to Rube Waddell. He has placed a strong signature done in black flair marker across the sweet spot of the offered Cooperstown N.Y. baseball, and despite living to be 93, single-signed examples remain exceedingly scarce.
