Warren C. Giles spent 33 years as a baseball executive, acting as president and general manager of the Cincinnati Reds from 1937-1951 and as president of the National League from 1951-1969, gaining him a permanent residency in Cooperstown. He has signed the side panel of the offered MacGregor baseball in blue ball point ink, with 1954 written in an unknown hand. A second signature and inscription appears on another panel, which we also believe to be done in Giles' hand, but the PSA/DNA letter only shows the first panel.
