Snapped at the height of his playing days, this circa 1910s original photograph of Ty Cobb, 4 5/8" x 6 3/4" in size, comes from the artistic genius of renowned photographer Paul Thompson. With a smattering of fans in the background, "The Georgia Peach" loosens up for another contest that makes Cobb seem less like an iconic figure of history and more true to life in the moment.
