Offered here is an extremely presentable and attractive Harry Hooper single-signed OAL (Cronin) ball, bearing the signature of the Hall of Famer on the south panel in strong blue ball point ink. Hooper teamed with Tris Speaker and Duffy Lewis to form one of the most effective defensive outfield rosters of the era, and as a leadoff hitter, consistently put the ball in play, finishing his career with a .281 average and 2,466 hits. The offered ball is extremely well-preserved, showing little to no evidence of age toning, vibrant red stitching and a signature that easily rates and "8" in terms of strength.
