Not even a tremendous superstar like Babe Ruth was immune to the awe and wonderment of the World's Fair. Held in New York City in 1939, "The Babe" checked in to partake in the fanfare and was issued a parking permit for the event, which Ruth signed with one of the cleanest and boldest signatures we've ever seen, and we've seen quite a few. The 2 1/2" x 4" card is inked in steel-tip fountain pen and authenticated with a full LOA from JSA, giving the signature a very questionable grade of 8 since we don't know how it could possibly be any better and deserves a MINT or even GEM MINT assessment.
