We're not quite sure exactly what to make of this but it appears to be a prototype of the prototype; a test wrapper of the popular and rare 1968 Topps 3D test series but likely a first pass as the "3-D Baseball" design does not contain the blue coloring that gives it the 3-D depth, the first and only example we've seen like this. The other test wrapper with easel is in this auction, perhaps you want to make a run at both for your collection.
