The 1968 Plaks issue is one of the most scarce test items ever produced by Topps, but as incredibly rare as the fragile plastic busts are, the wrappers are even more elusive. I mean really, who saves the wrapper? Well, here's one very lucky survivor, and while the few known specimens are almost always torn and low-grade, the featured example is in excellent condition, showing the usual fold lines and some surface residue but with no significant problems. If you're a wrapper collector, you probably don't have this one and may not see another as well-preserved for a long, long time.
