Every so often, a sheet containing three rare Topps Action All-Star stickers pops up but rarely do you come across the wax wrapper housing that safeguarded the stickers. Here's a rare survivor from that short-lived series., displayed a small section of missing paper on the bottom edge but otherwise delightfully clean save for the expected wrinkles and folds. A real boost to any wrapper collection.
