The 1960 Morrell Meats Dodgers issue continued the promotion between the meat distributor and the L.A. Coliseum, which sold the wieners and sausages at its concession stands. The "pictures" were inserted into packages of meats sold at local grocery stores, and the full-bleed design along with the crisply detailed images taken inside the cavernous coliseum make them among the most attractive regional issues ever produced. The offered John Roseboro card has been graded NM/MT 8 by PSA, likely coming from a source other than the usual distribution method as there is no product staining, and is 1 of just 3 in the grade with only 2 higher.
