Here's pitcher Gary Bell of the Cleveland Indians, who had a fairly successful 12-year career in the bigs and would have probably been more successful were he not plagued by shoulder injuries. This example from the 1962 Topps issue has been graded MINT 9 by PSA, and checks in as one of just 9 in the grade with none higher. A minuscule touch to the extreme upper right tip might be preventing this from becoming the first GEM MINT 10, but I mean, we're splitting hairs here.
