Who now? George "Specs" Toporcer played for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1921-28, so how does an obscure player long since retired end up in an obscure 11-card set in 1954, surrounded by stars and Hall of Famers? One theory is that most or all of them had the same agent, who was a force behind the creation of the set. In any event, here he is in the mysterious 1954 Mascot Dog Food series, graded PSA 5 though the card appears NM to NM/MT in our estimation.
