An up and coming catcher named Thurman Munson leads a contingent of 23 members of the 1969 Syracuse Chiefs to sign this team ball. The first signature on the panel under the Chiefs' stamp, Munson's autograph is inked in bright blue ball-point pen and is joined on the sphere by such notables as Gene Michael, Lindy McDaniel, Elston Howard, Felipe Alou, Dick Howser, and Bobby Murcer.
