Any 1957 Topps card of Sandy Koufax worthy of a PSA 8 grade is impressive, but the example featured here has to be one of the best. The central image is a virtual bulls-eye on the center of the canvas, the image of the legendary lefty hurler is impeccably sharp and the corners easily maintain NM/MT status. The surface retains every bit of its original gloss and is largely free of prominent print defects save for a dusting of print flecks that is completely common to the issue. A more than sufficient example of an early Koufax issue.
