Not many cards offer up the satisfaction of a high-grade example from the 1953 Bowman Color series, especially when if it's a Hall of Famer like Enos "Country" Slaughter. The superior corners, edges, and surfaces suggest that had the centering been a bit more accurate, this card would have been slated for at least another half-point in grade. Only 6 specimens out of almost 600 submissions to PSA have graded higher.
