The 1964 Topps card of Dave Keon is one of the tougher issues to land at the PSA 8 level, so if a NM example will get the job done, go after this one. The centering is clearly shifted toward the right, taking it out of NM/MT consideration, but it otherwise retains many above-grade qualities.
