Legendary football player, coach and team owner George Halas is the subject of the offered 1952 Bowman Large pasteboard, graded NM 7 by PSA. The founder, owner and head coach of the Chicago Bears, Halas was one of the original co-founders of the NFL in 1920 and was inducted into the Football Hall of Fame in 1963 as part of the original class of inductees. The presented example shows brilliant color schematics and exquisite detail, with corners that easily meet or exceed the standards for the grade. A beautiful example of one of the key cards in the set.
