With a super-sharp image and four corners that can easily make their case for GEM MINT status, the only explanation for this 1973 Topps Pete Rose card not being in a PSA 10 holder is the centering, which is just a touch toward the upper left corner. A clearly superior specimen, even at the lofty grade of PSA 9 MINT.
