Then again, when you're fielding a team that includes Hall of Famers Buck Ewing, Roger Conner, John Ward, Mickey Welch, and Tim Keefe, you're almost guaranteed to put a lot of marks in the win column. Mutrie poses in his 19th-century street garb with such stunning clarity that it seems technologically almost impossible for this tremendous N173 Old Judge cabinet card. Graded SGC 3, due to age discoloration and corner rounding it's an amazingly attractive piece that was manufactured around the same time as the birth of greats like Ty Cobb and Walter Johnson. A fantastic piece of baseball history.
