The 1956 Topps series is not long on players making their first Topps appearance but Don Larsen is one of them. Graded PSA 9 MINT, this example is one of only eight to earn that distinction with just a single specimen graded higher. Perfectly framed with fantastic pigmentation and registration to go with borderline GEM MINT corners, this example must've given the graders at PSA some thoughts about pulling the trigger and calling it GEM MINT.
