A rare test issue from the 1960s, Topps came up with the idea of producing what they affectionately called "Plaks", small plastic busts that fit into a base for display. Although the product was somewhat crude, they are also among Topps' scarcest issues ever. Offered is a three-player grouping in its original "sprue" form of Killebrew, Cepeda and Howard. The sprue does have some inconsistency around the frame and the bust of Howard is detached at the bottom. A rare opportunity to acquire this scarcest of Topps creations!
