A pair of Hall of Famers and baseball's all-time hits king are offered side-by-side-by-side on the featured collectible, an incredibly scarce three-player sprue from the 1968 Topps All-Star Plaks test issue. Never distributed nationally or even regionally, these bronze plastic novelties were initially intended to be separated from all moorings, detached from the base and inserted into the factory-molded holes for a stand-up appearance. On the offered example, everything is intact save for the left side mooring of Kaline. It's usual to find these in any condition, but this one would definitely be considered high-grade.
