"The Yankee Clipper" is caught on film jacking one of his 361 lifetime round-trippers in this 6 3/4" x 8 1/2" original type I black and white photo. The bat seems to hover in the air as DiMaggio starts his home run trot, and the photo shows nothing more than minor wear that is overall superior to most photos of the time period. The international News Photo and teletype story appear on the reverse.
