A tough regional issue that will really raise the set rating of most collections, this 1954 NY Journal American card of Harry Byrd is the only PSA 8.5 on record with just 23 graded higher. Thoroughly MINT all the way around save for the very slight centering toward the left edge, it's a perfect card to add to any vintage collection and it won't break the bank.
