Though not exactly a household name in hockey history, Bill Quackenbush was a 14-year veteran that split time between Detroit and Boston and played in 8 All-Star games en route to the Hall of Fame. This 1954 Topps issue showcases all of the qualities you'd expect of a PSA 8 NM/MT issue. Beautifully centered with a sharp and fresh image, only some stray print marks on the vulnerable white backdrop prevent a higher designation, which has been achieved by only 4 others.
