Frank Quinnn pitched a total of 24 innings in the big leagues from 1949 to 1950, winding up his short career with a 3.38 ERA. But high-grade examples of his one and only baseball card, from the 1951 Bowman issue are in short supply, as just four examples have ever graded higher at PSA than the offered NM/MT 8 example. A very clean card, with just a light touch to the upper right.
