Now before you start conjuring up images of opening this 1911 Piedmont Cigarettes box while beams of light shine down from the heavens and a chorus of angels sing in the background, holding up your newly discovered GEM MINT T206 Honus Wagner card for the world to see (cue the "back to reality" needle screeching across the record), the box is empty. Originating from the same time period, this Piedmont box could very well have housed a baseball card or several other issues distributed at the time. The flaps on either side have worn down with age but the integrity of the box is still good with areas of the original tax stamp still attached. Also included is the original coupon, which was to be saved for redeemable mail away items.
