Though not the most colorful of 1970s issues, the 1971 Milk Duds collection did contain virtually all of the huge stars of the day. A half-century later with most of the boxes having been discarded, the Milk Dud series has gotten renewed interest among collectors. Featured here is a massive collection of 320 cards, which includes one full 69-card set, a second set missing only George Scott, and a third collection of 44 cards missing, among others, Hall of Famers Aaron, Clemente, Gibson, Hunter, Killebrew, Perez, and Perry. There are 130 extras including Banks (2) Bench, (3) Brock, (3) Mays, (3) McCovey, (3) Palmer, (4) B. Robinson, (5) F. Robinson, (4) Rose, (3) Seaver, and (5) B. Williams. All have the bottom Milk Duds flap under the card and most are EX/MT to NM with the usual centering issues. There are also nine complete boxes.
