Produced at a time when The Mick was among the best home run mashers of the time, this early 1960s nodder of Mickey Mantle is in remarkable condition and appears virtually brand new. The bottom is stamped "Exclusive License Rights 1962 Japan" making it freshly minted following his home run race with Roger Maris. The original box has a label featuring the nodder with a "King of Swat" reference, perhaps a veiled swipe at the Babe as to say that Ruth's home run record would inevitably fall to Mantle. A must-have piece for any true-blue Yankees fan.
