The future of the next Dodgers dynasty started in 1955 with Sandy Koufax, but "Dandy Don" Drysdale joined the fray the next season and made his pitching debut on opening day of 1956. Drysdale tossed the final scoreless inning in an 8-6 loss but his 2.64 ERA for the season and 17 wins the following year let the Dodgers know that they had the pitching to compete for years to come. This ticket stub for Drysdale's debut is graded PSA 1.
