This high-numbered 1953 Topps card shows Senators catcher Les Peden in a beautifully focused image that projects from the pastel background and commands the viewer's attention. Borders show a tolerable centering preference for the right and corners easily meet the standards for the PSA 8 grade. To date, just 5 examples have graded higher out of over 400 total submissions to PSA.
