A seven-time American League batting champion with over 3,000 career hits, Panamanian born Rod Carew had the speed and superior ability to make contact that likened him to a modern day Ty Cobb. Carew made his major league debut on opening day of 1967, collecting two hits in four at-bats. The featured ticket stub is from Carew's debut game, autographed by the Hall of Famer with an inscription, "1st game 1st hit." An amazing and unique piece for any Rod Carew fan. PSA authenticated.
