"Pistol" Pete Maravich was the most prolific scorer in NCAA Division I basketball history and his average of 44.2 points per game is even more impressive when you consider that he averaged 43.8, 44.2, and 44.5 PPG respectively in his three varsity seasons, leading all scorers each year. On this night against Alabama, Maravich and LSU didn't get the win but he set a new NCAA DI scoring record with 69 points. Offered is the ticket stub to that record-setting game. PSA authenticated.
