It was pretty easy to overlook Pee Wee Reese in a lineup that offered major superstars such as Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella, Duke Snider and Gil Hodges, but the Brooklyn faithful always considered Reese to be the glue of those great Brooklyn Dodgers squads. During his 13 full seasons as the Dodgers shortstop, Reese finished in the top 10 of the N.L. MVP voting 8 times! This featured card is very well centered for the issue with light touches commensurate with the NM grade. A highly desirable 1952 Topps high number!
