While the game of professional baseball has introduced American society to hundreds of exceptional participants, so skilled at their craft that they've been immortalized in Coopertown's Baseball Hall of Fame, virtually none of those diamond icons left an indelible mark on two different cities as resolutely as "Mr. October" Reggie Jackson. A highly-touted slugger who was taken second overall in the 1966 major league draft, Jackson led the Oakland A's to consecutive World Series titles in 1973-1974, then did the same for the Yankees in 1977-1978. Presented is the one and only Reggie Jackson 1970 Topps card to earn a perfect grade of PSA 10, a dead-centered prize that features a stunning image of the youthful future legend, decked out in his green Oakland jersey vest within the plain gray border. The corners and edges are undeniably GEM MINT and the reverse, in stark contrast to the conservative front side, offers a wild canvas of deep blue and glowing yellow pigments on the bright white surface. Just like his 1969 Topps rookie card, there's only one PSA 10 GEM example of his second year card, and this is it!
