Dolly Madison was the wife of our fourth President, James Madison, and was First Lady of the United States from 1809 to 1817. Virtually unheard of in the offered state of preservation, it is one of just 2 examples ever witnessed by the grading staff at PSA deemed worthy of the MINT 9 crown.
