Jim Bottomley was one of the most unheralded run producers in the 1920's and '30's, amassing over 1400 RBI's. Sunny Jim was the NL MVP in 1928 and was well respected by everybody in the game, hence his nickname. This example is super sharp with tremendous pastel blue color and razor sharp corners. There have been no 1933 Goudey Jim Bottomley cards which have passed through the doors at PSA which have graded higher than this example.
