The Sporting Life newspaper issued 13" x 14" team composites from the years 1902 through 1910. All composites were printed on heavy enamel paper, were sold for 6 cents worth of stamps, or 50 cents for a dozen prints. The composites feature player portraits surrounding a centered portrait of the teams manager. This Brooklyn Superbas composite features Hall of Fame manager Ned Hanlon in the center. Hanlon was also the manager of the 19th Century Baltimore Orioles teams, and he won a total of five National League championships. The composite reads "Brooklyn Baseball Club National League 1903." This composite displays in Near Mint shape, matted and framed to a size of 16" x 16," ready for immediate display.
