An 8" x 11" Bill Gallo print of "The Mick", boldly signed "Mickey Mantle No. 7" in blue sharpie. Gallo has been a cartooning sports figures for the New York Daily News since 1960. The original drawing was performed in 1988, and shows a large image of Mantle admiring his prodigious blasts from both sides of the plate, all within the backdrop of the old Yankee Stadium facade. There is a pencil notation in the lower left corner which reads "1935," possibly indicating the amount of signed prints which were produced. Letter of Grading and Authenticity provided by PSA/DNA and graded NM-MT 8.
