Offered is a pair of stock certificates for the Goudey Gum Company, issued to Enos Goudey, one dated July 10, 1920 for ten shares, and one dated May 22, 1923 for one share. Each certificate bears the signature of Mr. Goudey, along with the signature of Harold DeLong, who would, of course, eventually leave to pursue his own dream of paradigm pasteboard production. Both of the Goudey signatures remain bold and strong, while one of the DeLong signatures is incredible and the other has faded a bit over time. Each certificate bears the Goudey Gum Company official stamp, and each has been folded in thirds, with very small tears at the creases that in no way affect the display of the signatures.
