We all know how fanatical Red Sox supporters are, so to complement the game-used "pre-rookie" Jim Rice uniform offered in this auction, we are proud to give representation to the other half of 'The Gold Dust Twins", Fred Lynn, by offering this game-used batting helmet, which protected the melon of the Boston star centerfielder during Lynn's early years in Beantown. The helmet has the proper "American Baseball Cap size 7 1/2" sticker, with white stickered numbers "19" on the back and "Lynn 19" written inside the helmet in black marker, faded by extensive game use but clearly legible.
