This moment was captured and preserved in this First Day Cover featuring Wilt Chamberlain, dated August 28, 1991. Chamberlain was likely chosen as he is the only player to have scored 100 points in a single game. The cover is boldly signed "Wilt Chamberlain" in black ink. The autograph has been PSA graded NM-MT 8.
