The 1913 Fatima Team Cards were distributed with Fatima brand cigarettes by the Ligget & Meyers Tobacco Company and display glossy photographs on extremely thin paper stock, making surviving examples exceptionally scarce in high-grade. They are susceptible to a myriad of problems, mainly creasing which "cracks" the high-gloss surface. It is difficult enough trying to find a single example or two, but a half set? Unbelievable! And not only is half the 16 "cards" here, but includes several of the most desirable, including the Cleveland Americans (with Joe Jackson), the Pittsburgh Pirates (with Honus Wagner) and the reigning World Series Champion Boston Red Sox. There are dozens of additional Hall of Famers within these team cards. Key players are listed for each team within parenthesis.
