The “Ryan Express” struts his stuff on these ’79 Topps prints, all of which bear the grade of MINT 9 as determined by PSA. Each card in this group seems sharper than the previous one, with milky-white borders, perfect right angles for corners and virtually print-free surfaces enameled with prolific layers of factory gloss. The all-time strikeout king still stands in the Guinness Book of World Records with a fastball clocked at 100.9 MPH. That’s pretty fast!
