I remember the hoopla when this issue was discovered in 1991. Everyone wanted one and there wasn't enough supply to go around to meet the initial demand. Approximately 500 cards were found, comprising a total of 20 different players. Some players were found with only one example, such as Ty Cobb, while others were found with upwards of 50 examples. Since a complete set is virtually impossible, this issue was more appreciated by type, team and player collectors. The Tango Brand Eggs cards have a glossy front and are brightly colored. This example is of Hall of Famer Hughie (Ee-Yah) Jennings. Nicknamed "Ee-Yah" because as manager of the Detroit Tigers he would literally yell "Ee-Yah" at various times, mostly when the opposing pitcher was delivering a pitch. This Jennings example has four sharp corners, and is very well centered, with a deep orange background. The back is pure white and clean in every respect. Graded by SGC 86 NM+ 7.5.
