This is the red headed step child of the three primary rookie cards from this issue, understandably taking a back seat to the Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays high number rookie cards. While it is third in line, there is still a huge demand for this card. This example has dead on perfect centering, both front and back, plus tremendous color and imagery. The bottom two corners approach GEM MINT status and give additional credence to the cards voracity. The reverse is exceptionally clean. A truly spectacular rookie card of a Hall of Fame player. Only two cards have been graded by SGC at this level, with none higher.
